Despite their success in being awarded a place on the overarching framework, the client had since struggled to win many of the ‘mini competitions’ that various high level government departments were procuring through the framework.
I evaluated a number of the client’s previous bids, both successful and unsuccessful and identified several areas for improvement. Working closely with the client’s management team, I developed a set of semi-standard responses that could be minimally altered by the client to suit each individual mini tender. The client also required guidance and resources to assist them in preparing responses specific to each individual government agency.
Over the following months, the client maintained an impressive 100% success rate for all new mini competitions published.
